What's the difference between the three profiles? +

Partner is for businesses that operate within other companies' supply chains — resellers, agents, and service providers who don't need a product catalogue or warehouse. It's free. Operator is for businesses that hold and move physical inventory across one or more sites. Brand is for businesses that build and own product data, manage distribution channels, and push high volumes of communications to buyers. Most businesses fit cleanly into one; if you're unsure, the routing tool above will suggest the right one.

Why don't you show exact prices? +

We publish ranges rather than exact figures because the final price depends on details we confirm together during the walkthrough — integration scope, real SKU complexity, and support needs. The ranges are accurate and reflect what similar businesses pay; the walkthrough gets you an exact number for your situation, usually within the range shown.

Is Partner really free? +

Yes — completely free, with no time limit and no feature gating. If you operate within another company's supply chain — as a reseller, agent, dealer, or service provider — we want you on the network. You can receive trade, fulfil orders, and manage invoices at no cost. We make money from the Operators and Brands you do business with, not from you.

Can I switch profiles later? +

Yes — and it's prorated to the day. If you start as an Operator and later acquire a brand or build a large catalogue, switching to Brand takes effect immediately with a prorated adjustment on your next invoice.

Are all modules really included? +

Yes. Every profile includes access to every module — sales, purchasing, finance, WMS, fulfilment, portals, chat, analytics, network, and more. You can disable any module you don't use. Your interface stays clean and the price doesn't change.

What counts as a "location" on the Operator profile? +

A location is any physical site where you hold or process inventory — a warehouse, distribution centre, retail site, or manufacturing facility. A head office with no inventory doesn't count. If you're unsure whether a site counts, it probably doesn't.

How do network partners work? Do they pay too? +

Network partners — your suppliers, customers, resellers, and distributors — never pay anything and are never counted against your plan. The shadow account model means they receive communications via email automatically. If they later join Supply Unite as a Partner, they're free; if they grow into an Operator or Brand, they're on their own plan. Your pricing is never affected by how many partners you connect with.

What does the walkthrough look like? +

We build the demo environment from your actual business — your catalog structure, your channel model, your pricing tiers. The walkthrough shows your dealers or contractors logging in and placing orders, not a generic template, and we confirm exact pricing for your situation during the call. Most teams find it takes about 45 minutes.

Do you offer implementation support? +

Yes — and unusually, we deliver it through the platform itself. Supply Unite appears as a vendor in your account. You can raise a project request for data migration, custom integrations, or onboarding support directly through the Projects module.

What's the Enterprise option? +

For operations that genuinely don't fit a profile — large Brand operations with custom SLA requirements, Operators with 20+ locations, on-premise deployment, custom integrations, or multi-entity structures — contact us. Enterprise is a custom contract, not a hidden tier.
