Built for the complexity of real B2B commerce.
Most business software was designed for one side of a transaction. We built Supply Unite for both sides — and for everyone in between.
Why we exist
B2B commerce is fundamentally different from B2C. Orders are negotiated. Pricing is tiered. Relationships span years and multiple entities. Yet most platforms still treat a purchase order like a shopping cart.
We started Supply Unite after watching distribution companies run their operations across a patchwork of ERP exports, email threads, and spreadsheets — not because they lacked budget, but because no single platform understood the full picture.
What we've built
Supply Unite is a single platform covering the full commerce lifecycle — sell, buy, finance, fulfilment, operations, and network discovery. Not a collection of integrations. Not a marketplace bolted onto an ERP. A coherent system where every module shares the same data model.
When a sales order is created, it is immediately visible to fulfilment, finance, and the customer's partner portal. When a supplier invoice arrives, it is automatically matched against the purchase order and goods receipt. When a payment run is executed, the AR ledger updates in real time.
This is what we mean by bilateral commerce — the system understands that you are simultaneously a buyer and a seller, often with the same counterparties.
Our principles
Everything connects by default. Adding a new module should never require a new integration project. Data flows through the platform automatically.
Trust is infrastructure. Every trading partner on the network is verified. KYC is built in, not bolted on. Compliance documentation travels with the transaction.
Complexity belongs in the platform, not in your team. Multi-currency, multi-entity, multi-warehouse, multi-channel — these are solved problems. Your team should be focused on relationships, not reconciliation.
You own your data. Every record is exportable. Our accounting export works with any ERP. We do not lock you in.
